Volunteer for the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation

The Alliance Foundation wouldn’t be what it is today without the commitment and passion of our incredible volunteers. Individuals who donate their time and talents to the cause are the engine that fuels this organization to change and save lives.

Find Your Perfect Volunteer Role

At Roswell Park, there’s a place for every kind of volunteer — whether you love high-energy events, behind-the-scenes projects or leadership opportunities that help shape our biggest moments of the year. No matter your schedule, strengths or interests, we’ll help you find the role that feels like the perfect fit.

Volunteer at Our Signature Events

Join the teams that power our four major annual events:

  • IceCycle
  • Ride for Roswell
  • Empire State Ride
  • All Star Night Gala

These events rely on hundreds of passionate volunteers for everything from welcoming guests and supporting participants to helping with logistics, set-up and more.

Support Community and Team Roswell Events

Throughout the year, opportunities pop up at partner and community events like Hockey Fights Cancer, Team Roswell fundraisers and other special activations. These are great options for volunteers who want flexibility or prefer shorter commitments.

Help Inside the Roswell Park Office

We regularly need volunteers to assist with mailers, packet assembly, projects and seasonal tasks that keep our mission moving forward. This type of volunteerism is perfect for organized individuals, students or anyone wanting to help in a hands-on way.

Deliver Lawn Signs for Ride for Roswell

Each spring, volunteers help us spread awareness for Ride for Roswell by delivering lawn signs across Western New York. It’s a simple way to get involved and make a big impact in your community.

Take on a Leadership Role

For those looking to make an even bigger difference, consider becoming a Lead Volunteer. Lead Volunteers are essential to the success of our major events and help with:

  • Training and supporting volunteer teams
  • Planning event-day operations
  • Recruiting new volunteers
  • Attending meetings and representing their area

It’s a great fit for anyone who enjoys leadership, teamwork and being part of event planning from the inside out.
